common.h: Added destructor attribute for deinit

This is a nice-to-have since it makes identifying other memory leaks easier. Signed-off-by: Noel Eck <noel.eck@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Brendan Le Foll <brendan.le.foll@intel.com>
