examples: Remove heap allocation from C++ examples
...
Small cleanup of MRAA C++ examples. Switched from heap allocation to
stack allocation when possible. This simplifies the samples since it
removes the need for explicit memory management.

maa: add global maa.h and maa.hpp and stop using /usr/include/maa/

* pkg-config now only sees maa.h & maa.hpp
* usage of maa/*.{h,hpp} is still allowed
* examples updated to use maa.{h,hpp}
