Based on feedback received. All check functions renamed to setup.
Update all modules to use new name and header.

* C++ wrapper class Aio created
* examples/c++ with a sample for Aio created
* swig now uses C++ wrapper Aio to generate an API
* python generated code is now C++

* maa_check_aio, similar to maa_check_gpio, will setup multiplexers.
* aio: Removed now duplicated functionality.
